This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and how text messages work.

Information we collect

Forms. When you send a form on this site, we collect the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, the service you ask about, and your description of the problem.

Calls. When you call us, or when we call you about a request you made, we collect the phone number and notes about the conversation so we can follow up.

Texts. When you text us, or when we text you about a request you made, we collect your mobile number and the message.

Site visits. Like most websites, our host and analytics tools record technical data when you browse, such as your IP address, browser type, pages you open, and the date and time. We use that to see which pages are useful and to keep the site working. We do not use it to identify you by name.

How we use it

We use what you send us to:

  • Reply to your request and schedule service
  • Call or text you about that request
  • Keep a record of the work we discuss or perform

Form submissions go to the tools our office uses to answer requests. Calls and texts are delivered through the phone and texting vendor we use for that purpose. That vendor transmits our messages. It does not get your number so it can market its own products.

We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity to measure site visits and whether our ads lead to a request. If a form includes an email or phone number, the browser sends Google a hashed version for conversion measurement. We do not give those companies your mobile number or your SMS opt-in so they can text you.

We do not sell or share your information for marketing

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information, mobile numbers, or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, such as a valid court order.

Text messages

By providing your phone number on a form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Total Leak Detection about your request.

  • Consent is not required to hire us. You can call or email instead.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
  • Reply HELP for help.

Stopping texts does not stop us from answering a call you place to us.
